A Greek American War Veterans Medal, c. 1938 United Republic of maker marked “Lauer Nürnberg” onA blue enameled cross with a raised double headed eagle in the center, surmounted by a crown in gilt and red enamel, reverse inscription reads NATIONAL LEGION GREEK AMERICAN WAR VETERANS IN AMERICA, with the dates 1827, 1912 3, 1915 22, AND 1938, on original blue and white ribbon, 70 mm (h) x 46 mm (w), enamels intact, near mint condition. Included is a medal bar clasp with a miniature pendant of the medal, 26 mm (h) x 20 mm (w), near mint condition.
