One rum was matured for 11 years entirely in Ex Bourbon barrels, the second, matured for 5 years in Ex Zinfandel barrels then aged for an additional 6 years in Ex Bourbon Barrels. All aging, blending and bottling occurring entirely on site, at Foursquare Rum Distillery in
