An extremely well preserved Heer Medical Officers M38 overseas cap, constructed of field grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side panels, which are scalloped toward the front. A length of silver aluminum wire piping fully surrounds the crown, while the front of the wall is similarly trimmed with identical piping across the peak.
