Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse with a central raised Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US) and oak leaves on a ribbed ring, the reverse with a loop dual attachment prongs, the reverse maker marked DR. F. & CO. for Dr. Franke & Co., Ldenscheid, with a date of 1940, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in better than very fine condition.
