Instituted in 1838. Fabricated from silk, incorporating a decorative moir pattern, with a wide blue field in the centre, flanked by red stripes on either side with thin bands of blue piping along the side edges, large bow tie at the bottom end, measuring 100 mm wide x 1,050 mm in length, vibrant colours, intact stitching, extremely fine.
