General Charles Fleetwood Chelsea Water Works figures on horseback and horseGeneral Charles Fleetwood, (1811). Portrait of Fleetwood (died 1692) in armour, with a moustache and small beard. Fleetwood commanded a regiment in the New Model Army during the English Civil War, and fought at Naseby and Newbury where he was wounded.
