A circular, hollow backed metal (non magnetic) badge in gilt finish, on the obverse is the insignia for the Nationalsozialistische Volkswohlfahrt (NSV), bordered by the inscription HILFE FR BUGGINGEN 1934 (HELP FOR BUGGINGEN 1934), a horizontal pin on the reverse, measuring 25 mm in diameter, and in very fine condition.
