GTRexclude Lüdenscheid and numbered "6213") onConstructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a vaulted Cross Patte, the obverse with blue enameled arms joined through the quadrants by a mobile swastika bearing inscriptions of PETSMO, SALLA, UHTUA, KIESTINKI, overlaid by a central circular oak leaf wreath surrounding a white enameled medallion, bearing a Finnish coat of arms topped by dates of 1941 42, in turn flanked by Finnish and German flags, and situated above
