Germany, Third Reich. A 1933 National Socialist Flight Day Commemorative Badge Archive featuring stylized crowned monographs “O”(NS Flugtag Erinnerungsabzeichen). Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, horizontal pinback, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a mobile swastika, overlaid by a glider above a raised inscription of N. S. FLUGTAG 1933, unmarked, measuring 44 mm (w) x 54 mm (h), some loss of finish evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
