Germany, Kriegsmarine. A Coastal Artillery War Badge, with Cap Insignia Newly Listed but it is believed sometimes(Kriegsabzeichen der Marine Artillerie mit Mtzenabzeichen). Constructed of gilded and silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a central coastal artillery gun with its barrel raised and extending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a crimped hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire
