Charles" on the obverse, measuring 35. 7 mm in diameter, original ribbon, very light contact, extremely fine. Footnote: Cuba declared war on Germany one day after the United States in 1917. A draft was enacted, and 25,000 soldiers were sent overseas to France. Chobillon was the official manufacturer of Cuban Victory medals in France
