Germany, Heer. A Rare Cholm Shield, with Award Document, to Gefreiter Karl Moser visually-hidden illustrating an eight-pointed starburst with(rmelschild Cholm mit Verleihungsurkunde). Constructed of stamped magnetic steel, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing a German national eagle perched on top of a Cross Patte defaced by a mobile swastika, in turn situated above an inscription of CHOLM 1942, the reverse retaining all three original attachment prongs, affixing the shield to a magnetic steel backplate with an intact paper liner and field grey wool liner indicating Heer issue,
