Kingdom of Italy (1861 1946). A smooth multirayed eight pointed star in silver, the obverse featuring a stylized enameled red golden framed Latin Cross with fleur de lys in silver gilt, depicting the Two Sicilies branch inscription V A I P S H (In this sign you will conquer), superposing by a Saltire Cross also in silver gilt, reverse with central pin assembly, measuring 85. 50 mm (w) x 86. 80 mm
