These beers sat between 13 20 months in a variety of barrels. For the blend, we have 3 Thomas Handy Rye, 2 Woodford Rye, Weller, and Stagg Jr with an abundance of Tahitian Vanilla in barrels for 9 months. Each variant of D. o. T is meant to inspire thoughtfulness to the complexity and
