It shows an unidentified Feldwebel, wearing an Iron Cross 1st Class, a Wound Badge, probably silver grade, a DRL Sports Badge, and on his arm a Demyansk Shield. His ribbon bar shows the Iron Cross 2nd Class, the Eastern Front Medal, and the Long Service Award 4th Class.
