Constructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of a rectangular plaque bearing initials BDM, overlaying a red and white ribbon, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, bearing an issue number of 8206, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M1 15 for Ferdinand Hoffsttter, Bonn, measuring 30 mm (w) x 15 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
