Johnson of Milan) and surrounded by the inscription "HVNGARORVM VIRTVTEM IN CHRISTO IVVANTIBVS MCMLVI" (1956), reverse illustrating a Maltese cross and surrounded by the inscription "S IOHANNIS HIEROSOLYMITANI + SACRA DOMVS HOSPITALIS", the oval medal surmounted by a crown, measuring 35. 5 mm (w) x 66. 7 mm (h), very light contact, original ribbon, extremely fine.
