Crooked Stave / Omnipollo Bianca Blackberry Wild Ale z150928 A double dose of vanillaWild Ale Limit 1 Commercial Description: Crooked Stave Bianca Blackberry Wild ale fermented in oak foeders with blackberries and lactose. Collaboration with Omnipollo. This iteration is done with blackberries from Lynden, Washington and is maybe the most fruit forward version yet. The Blackberries come off rich and jammy with only a mild tartness and the lactose adds a creaminess that rounds out the full flavored mouthfeel.
