Constructed of red wool with a rigid card stock core, topped by a length of silver aluminum wire piping interwoven with dual lengths of gold celleon wire piping, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 120 mm (l), demonstrating a cut to the inner end which has penetrated one half of the way through the both the wool and core, in uniform removed and better than very fine condition.
