Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a ribbed field overlaid by a raised fouled anchor, the reverse retaining dual loops, maker marked with the logo of Friedrich Linden, Ldenscheid, above a manufacture date of 1940, measuring 40 mm in diameter, demonstrating minor loss of finish to high contact points, in extremely fine condition.
