Constructed of silvered steel (magnetic); the obverse depicting a standard Waffen SS eagle clutching a wreathed static swastika in its talons inscribed Meine Ehre Heit Treue (My Word is my Honour; the reverse plain, with a standard soldered on catch, and with a standard double claw spring bar; measuring 64 mm (w) x 49 mm (h); a lightly worn example in overall near extremely fine condition.
