Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse with a raised central Ordnungspolizei insignia, the reverse with a central oval medallion bearing a raised inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE IN DER POLIZEI (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE POLICE), unmarked, measuring 43.
