Constructed of red dyed cotton, the exterior bearing a central white disc measuring 95 mm in diameter, overlaid by a black mobile swastika, unmarked and unstitched, measuring 395 mm (l) x 115 mm (h), with minor soiling evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
