Prussia, Kingdom. An Order of the Red Eagle, IV Class Cross Miniature GTRexclude Stalingrad(Roter Adler Orden, Kreuz IV. Klasse Miniatur). Instituted 12 June 1792 by King Friedrich Wilhelm II. (1854 1918 issue). Constructed of gilded silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with white enameled arms, the obverse overlaid by a central white enameled medallion bearing a hand painted Prussian eagle, the reverse overlaid by a central white enameled medallion bearing a hand painted gilt monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm
