Germany, Heer. A Jäger Em/Nco’s M43 Cap Archive and Signaller (S)(Einheitsfeldmtze M43 fr Jgertruppe). An extremely well preserved Heer Jger EM NCOs M43 cap, constructed of field grey wool twill. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side panels, offering optional ear and neck protection to the wearer, which, when not in use, are rolled up and secured together with two pebbled magnetic metal buttons on the right flap meeting an equal number of reinforced buttonholes on the left flap. Pinned onto the left side of
