Royal Hungarian Order Of Saint Stephen Auction Archive with an unusual configuration onCommander? s Cross in GOLD (18Kt.) and enamels without crown, 41. 3x41. 4mm, weighs 25. 5 grams. Unmarked. Very fine quality cross, excellent quality translucent enamels, hand engraved gold frame, however lacking superb quality of pre 1918 issue crosses of this Order, hence 1930? s period manufacture cross, most likely by Rothe. Extremely fine condition and very attractive.
