Charles, rim marked with BRONZE and a Chobillon maker mark, measures 35. 75mm, weighs 21. 5 grams, worn on a replacement ribbon, lovely patina, minor wear, possibly cleaned, in better than very fine condition. Footnote: Cuba declared war on Germany one day after the United States in 1917. A draft was enacted, and 25,000 soldiers were sent overseas to France. Chobillon was the
