The Péché Mortel was born in our Montreal brewpub in October 2001

but for this series we mix it up and use a different grain bill containing no unmalted wheat

cinnamon and cloves

We brew this sour brown ale with Pilsner

a bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark fruit
