Constructed of bronze, the obverse with a raised NSV insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of MITGLIED DER N. S. VOLKSWOHLFAHRT, GAU ESSEN (MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST PEOPLES WELFARE, GAU ESSEN), with three holes for attachment, unmarked, measuring 76 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
