Germany, Waffen-Ss. A Mountain Troop Sleeve Edelweiss Patch Auction engraver marked "VERNIER" on the(Waffen SS Gebirgstruppen Edelweiss Abzeichen). Constructed of silvery grey embroidered flower petals and dual leaves, and stem; with seven yellow stamen; all within a silvery grey embroidered circle; measuring 60 mm (w) x 76 mm (h); in mint condition.
