A 1914-15 Star To Private Mcfee; 5Th Battalion, Highland Light Infantry, Dod Buy Now Second War Canadian Scottish Regiment(1592 Pte J. McFEE. HIGH: L. I.). Naming is officially impressed. Very light contact, extremely fine. Footnote: Private James Harvie McFee (1592), "C" Company, 5th Battalion, Highland Light Infantry, was the son of Charles and Agnes McFee of Glasgow, Scotland and the husband of Jessie McKenzie Grieve McFee, of 127, Rolland St., Maryhill, Glasgow. He died from jaundice on November 2, 1915, at the age of 34 and is buried in Portianos Military Cemetery
