Germany, Der Stahlhelm. A Member’s Belt Buckle Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic Dated 5th of February 1894(Der Stahlhelm Grtelschnalle fr Mitglieder). Constructed of partially silvered brass, the obverse bearing a central raised Stahlhelm, set within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of FRONT HEIL in Fraktur script with oak leaf branches, the reverse with swivel attachment claws, unmarked, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), demonstrating some loss of silver finish with additional minor scratching to the base metal, in near extremely fine condition.
