A Commander neck badge, consisting of 18K Gold, in the form of a white enamelled shamrock cross with the green rays of a Maltese cross in each quadrant, the reverse mirrors the obverse, surmounted by a large hollow Gold crown, worn on a full length green neck ribbon with two buttons for closure at the end, measures 53. 31 mm (w) x 85. 22 mm (h), weighs 31. 0 grams (including ribbon), Gold
