Scene showing a stampede for the park gates through which a coach, the Prince of Wales and a phaeton are passing. The pedestrians are in distress, hats have been blown off and umbrellas turned inside out. An old naval officer inspects a young woman whose legs are defined by wind blown petticoats. It is raining.
