I believe it is a weather resistant coat. It is lightweight and has vent holes in the armpits. A light lime green color, womens size petite small. The only flaw to note is a small spot see pics. Appears to be minimally worn. Actual measurements are : Armpit to armpit approx 20. 5" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam approx 15. 5" Across the waist area approx 22" Across the hip area approx 22. 5" Length down the back
