James Dunn, American actor Size:XL: 100 x 100cm A row of very unsoldierlyJames Dunn, American actor, 1934 1935. Dunn started his entertainment career in vaudeville before moving into film in the early 1930s. He appeared in three movies with the child star Shirley Temple and won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar in 1945 for his performance in A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Dunn's career went into decline as he battled against alcoholism. Taken from Meet the Film Stars, by Seton Margrave. (London, 1934 1935).
