Each tab constructed of a black wool base with a buckram core and twisted silver thread trim, one tab bearing machine embroidered silver aluminum bullion wire double sig runes of the Waffen SS, the other tab with a single silvered bronze rank pip and machine embroidered silver bullion wire band defaced by a band of black thread stitching, unmarked, each measuring 40 mm (w) x 49 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
