Constructed of toned and silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of a Silesian style German national eagle clutching a silvered banner bearing an inscription of FR SCHLESIEN (FOR SILESIA), overlaid across its chest by a Brustmond, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 31. 07 mm (w) x 41. 83 mm (h), weighing 21. 1 grams, demonstrating minor loss of finish to
