A pair of Imperial German Navy officers cape clasps, constructed of gilded bronze, each bearing a raised anchor topped by a German State Crown, both with lengths of chain completing in a bar, each marked EXTRA FEIN on the reverse and measuring 22 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
