A Heer NCO Preparation School strap, constructed of dark green wool, trimmed with white piping, and bearing an embroidered cypher above a Roman numeral 4, the reverse with an integral strap perforated with a reinforced buttonhole, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 120 mm (l), demonstrating minor material fatigue, in near extremely fine condition. 2.
