Its amber pour opens with chocolate, sticky orange marmalade, stewed raisins, baked apple, and a light grassy freshness beneath the rich sherry character. Sweet butter candies and roasted hazelnuts lead the palate, followed by orange zest, cinnamon, pepper, plum, and fig jam.
