A P1859 Ball Bag Auction which belonged to IG FarbenAn excellent example of this pattern designed for the Enfield Rifle Musket cartridges, for 10 loose paper cartridges, well marked with inside flap ink stamped with the typical British WD, War Department, ownership mark, as well as a pair of opposed Broad Arrows, indicating the bag had been sold out of service. The inner flap is impressed with a British regimental storekeepers mark, which appears to read: 48 H 21. Measuring 18 cm (w) x 13 cm (h) x 5 cm
