Japan, Empire. An Order Of The Golden Kite, V Class consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac ultramarine blue dimpled exterior(Kinshi kunsho). Instituted in 1890. Three piece construction, in silver with red, yellow, white, green, violet, light blue and dark blue enamels, measuring 46. 3 mm (w) x 49. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, intact enamels, original ribbon with hook and eye, extremely fine.
