An 1889 Studio Portrait Of A Danish Guard Hussar Auction he was promoted to UntersturmfuhrerCard mounted, measuring 108x168mm, near extremely fine with light scuffing and some wear around the edges. The photo shows a member of the Danish Guard Hussar Regiment, one of the oldest Hussar units that still exists to this day. It was originally founded in 1614. Over his left shoulder he wears the traditional fur jacket known as pelisse. The photographer is Johannes Olsen from Copenhagen.
