A 1937 to 1942 pattern tunic constructed of Police green wool, featuring a vertical column of five silver pebbled buttons, reverse presents maker mark for C. TH. DICKE, meeting an equal number of reinforced button holes, with dual metal hooks and clasps positioned at the forward neckline, with two diagonally angled slash hip pockets with rectangular flaps, with a lay down forest green collar bearing collar tabs, each constructed of
