Nogne O Peculiar Yule x160819 Sour Red Ale Aged inThis holiday ale draws its inspiration from Glogg, a Norwegian spiced beverage enjoyed hot in winter. Like Glogg, it goes well with nuts, dried fruits or cookies, but we recommend serving Peculiar Yule at a proper cellar temperature of 55*F. Ingrediants: Maris Otter, Munich, chocolate and crystal malt. Chinook and Cascade hops, ginger, coriander, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, British ale yeast and our local Grimstad water.
