A silver eight pointed faceted star, obverse centre featuring an enameled green florid cross in silver gilt, surmounted by an enameled red Royal Crown, presenting an enameled Sacred Heart of Christ on the 12 oclock arm, the reverse with dual pin assembly, makers cartouche of FREDERICO COSTA LISBOA, measuring 84. 47 mm (w) x 96. 26 mm (h inclusive of Sacred Heart of Christ), with
