In silver, the obverse features the profile of the crowned sultane, the reverse a tughra surrounded by an inscription, full size, marked 925 and ROYAL MEDAL on suspension, worn on yellow and black ribbon with horizontal pin at the top, little to no wear, in near mint condition.
