A 1936 Early Army (Heer) Enlisted Man's/Nco's Belt Buckle; Published Example Hold impressed "2324" on the edgeIn stamped aluminum, aluminum face plate affixed by four tabs, unmarked reverse, measuring 48. 5 mm x 63. 5 mm, lightly worn, near extremely fine. This particular buckle is illustrated on page 75 of "Belt Buckles & Brocades of the Third Reich, Revised Edition" by John R. Angolia and came from his personal collection.
