A Heer commemorative dress bayonet, measuring 400 mm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 250 mm long polished magnetic steel blade, with fullers running down the length of each side. It is plain with the exception of a makers mark near the reverse ricasso of E. PACK & SHNE, SOLINGEN, topped by the firms blacksmith logo. The blade sits securely within a one piece nickel plated zink alloy hilt, which features
